Meet and Greet
As part of our Company Philosophy of continuously improving customer service, we offer an optional meet and greet service at the Cape Town International Airport. All guests are met in the Arrivals halls by a SRA Shuttle and Tour Travel representative, with a paging-board, clearly displaying their names as well as that of their agent. Clients are assisted with their documentation and escorted either to their onward local flight, car rental or vehicle for transfer to their destination.
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services has identified the need for a 24 hour, 7 Day a week emergency helpline for on the spot decisions and assistance. This service will provide immediate assistance in accessing the logistical or operational support that may be required.

The selection of a guide for a tour is something that we feel is fundamental in the enjoyment of a Private Tour, and matching the correct guide to the client profile is something that involves the whole team, up to and including the Managing Member.
All vehicles are air-conditioned, regularly maintained by a registered dealership (for roadworthiness and cleanliness) and meets all the standards and requirements of the Rood Transportation Act. Our drivers are trained and possess the necessary qualifications and documentation (Valid Driver's License and Public Driving Permit). Each driver is equipped with a cellular telephone. Our drivers are neat and appropriately dressed and are trained and able to respond and deal with unexpected situations competently and efficiently.
The standard of our vehicles we use has repeatedly proven their suitability to our operations.

DEFINITIONS
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services CC herein referred to as SRA Shuttle and Tour Services.
Client herein referred to as the person who signs the quotation/documents or agreement.
CONFIRMATIONS
Private Transfers & Day Tours
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services CC guarantee all reservations for the above services provided that it is requested forty eight (48) hours prior to departure.
In order to ensure availability, it is always recommended that reservations are made well in advance for the above services.
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services makes every effort to ensure that the various services making up your tour will be carried out efficiently and as specified, it does not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned by any error or default.
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services reserve the right to substitute hotels with other of a similar or higher category at no additional cost to the traveller, even after commencement of the tour.
PRICES
The prices are subject to change without prior notice, and are also subject to adjustment in the event of fuel prices, airfares, hotel charges, and tourism levies and entry fees. All prices quoted are in South African Rands.
PAYMENTS
30 % of the tour price is payable upon booking, the full and final payment must be made 30 days before tour commences. Any bookings made within 30 days must be accompanied by the full payment. Any extras not quoted for will be for the client's account. SRA Shuttle and Tour Services requires full payment prior to the departure date of any Coach Hire and/or any work supplied.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations will only be affective on the date that the written cancellation is received by SRA Shuttle and Tour Services, the following penalties will apply:
25 % of full tour price for cancellation less than 21 working days prior to the departure date.
50 % of full tour price for cancellation less than 14 working days prior to the departure date.
100 % of full tour price for cancellation less than 10 working days prior to the departure date.
If this quotation is signed within 7 working days prior to service date, and cancelled, you will be liable for 100% cancellation fees.
Amendments and all cancellations en route must be made with SRA Shuttle and Tour Services directly. Please note that en route cancellations and amendments may incur additional fees as determined by SRA Shuttle and Tour Services. Any such amounts due as a result of such amendments or cancellations are payable within 12 hours directly to SRA Shuttle and Tour Services.
No refunds will be made for no-shows, or any unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the basic tour price, or whether they are in respect of pre-booked optional arrangements.Private Transfers & Day Tours

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
The accommodation is as specified on the itineraries or brochures and is based on 2 people sharing. SRA Shuttle and Tour Services reserves the right to make use of alternative accommodation and this will have no effect on the price of the tour, unless specified. The meals are as specified on the itinerary.
PORTERAGE
Porterage covers the handling of one standard-sized suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Where large groups are assisted by airport porters, giving a reasonable donation (at visitor’s discretion) has become standard practice. It is encouraged that Porterage is included for groups of five (5) passengers and more. SRA Shuttle and Tour Services accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property from whatsoever cause arising.
TRANSPORTATION
All transportation is in air-conditioned coaches, microbuses or sedan vehicles. SRA Shuttle and Tour Services therefore reserves the right to make use of smaller coaches, microbuses or sedan vehicles should the number of participating clients reduce.
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all the documents, passports, visas and health certificates are valid.
AUTHORITY
The client acknowledges and agrees that: The Tour Leader's decision shall be final and binding at all times. He/she will comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited. He/she will not become a nuisance to the group or the Tour Leader, if so, the client shall be requested by SRA Shuttle and Tour Services to leave the tour without any refund and shall be obliged to make their own way home at their own expense.
HEALTH
The Clients are advised to take the necessary anti-malaria precautions and to make sure that they bring any special or personal medication with.
DELAYS
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services will not be held responsible for any delays whether arising from weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, riots and any other reasons beyond the control of SRA Shuttle and Tour Services as well as the act of God. SRA Shuttle and Tour Services shall not be held responsible in any way for any resulting costs of these delays or alterations.
SMOKING
No smoking is permitted on any type of transportation. Regular stops are included en route.
LIABILITY AND EXCLUSIONS THEREOF
All drivers are licensed in terms of local legislation. All vehicles are safe and comply with the necessary safety regulations. SRA Shuttle and Tour Services takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our Clients, and therefore the Clients undertake all tours at their own risk, SRA Shuttle and Tour Services can accept no responsibility for any death, injury or loss, which might occur.
DISCLAIMER
SRA Shuttle and Tour Services, their employees, agents and associates shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from any liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person or their luggage or other personal property whether the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of SRA Shuttle and Tour Services, their employees, agents, associates and other persons indirectly in the employ or service of SRA Shuttle and Tour Services or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
